1. Raw materials and Jinpi fiber

2. Boil

Adding Soda ash and Caustic soda to the materials and boil them to bring out the oil.

3. Washing in water

Chemicals will be taken with the washing in water.

4. Bleaching

After washing in water, the material will be bleached. If customers requies an unbleached cloth, we won't do this process.

5. Removing dusts

An entangled dusts will be removed by hand working each by each.

6. Koukai

This progress is to smash the fiber into pieces.

7. Coloration

A coloration will be done if required with pigments or synthetic dye.

8. Shoushi

Putting materials and Neri into the vat and making paper.
[note] Neri is a sap smashing a root of sunset hibiscus.

9. Dring

Putting paper in MURO or dry the paper in the sun.
